5. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery.
Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.

6. Warranty

All Jelvio™ products include a 24-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use.
This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, accidents, or modifications.
